1 /5 Wara Jang: เรทติ้งโรงแรมนี้ได้ 4.1 ภาพในgoogle สวยงามน่าพัก พอไปพักจริง บอกเลยว่า ไม่เหมือนในภาพเลย จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่เปลี่ยนหลายห้องกว่าจะได้นอนซึ่งก็ต้องนอนแล้วล่ะเพราะดึกแล้ว ปัญหาที่พบคือ แอร์ไม่เย็น น้ำที่showerค้างกว่าจะค่อยๆไหลลงท่อ ประตูกระจกกั้นส่วนอาบน้ำshowerปิดไม่ได้ติดตัวพื้นครืดๆ ปลั๊กไฟชาร์จไฟไม่เข้า บางรูชาร์จไฟเข้า แต่หลอดไฟกลับกระพริบเหมือนไฟไม่พอ ทางเดินรร.มืดๆ รีเควสเตียงเสริมเนื่องจากเตียงหักลงมา (ตามรูปฝั่งลูกศรพังลงมา) โรงแรมบอกไม่มีคนปูเตียงเสริมเพราะคนปูเตียงกลับบ้านแล้ว ขอพัดลมบอกไม่มี ที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งคือ ฝารองนั่งโถส้วมขนาดเล็กกว่าตัวโถส้วมมาก เกิดรูใหญ่มากด้านหน้าระหว่างฝาและโถ (อันนี้งงหนักมากจริงๆ) พักรร.มาเยอะ ไม่เคยพบเจอแบบนี้ ขออนุญาตรีวิวตามจริงเพื่อการปรับปรุงและพัฒนานะคะ เห็นว่าเพิ่งรีโนเวท อยากให้ตรวจ QC ห้องทุกห้องใหม่ค่ะ ไม่ไหวจริงๆกับที่พักแบบนี้ค่ะ 1 ดาวพอค่ะ ** ถ้าจะชมได้อย่างนึงคือ พนง.ทำความสะอาดทำความสะอาดห้องเรียบร้อยค่ะ **
Review from someone with experience changing multiple rooms!
The rating for this hotel is 4.1. The pictures on Google look beautiful and inviting, but after staying there, I must say it is nothing like the pictures. Based on my personal experience, here are the issues I encountered:
-The air conditioning wasnt cool.
-The water in the shower took a long time to drain.
-The glass door in the shower area couldnt close properly and scraped against the floor.
-The power outlets were faulty—some didn’t work, and while others charged, the lights flickered as if there wasn’t enough power.
-The hotel corridors were dimly lit.
-I requested an extra bed because one of the beds collapsed (As shown in the picture, the section indicated by the arrow has collapsed), but the hotel said no one could set it up since the staff responsible had already left for the day.
-I asked for a fan and was told they didn’t have any.
-Most significantly, the toilet seat was much smaller than the toilet bowl, leaving a large gap at the front (which was very confusing and uncomfortable).
I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced anything like this. I am sharing this review honestly to help with improvement and development. I understand the hotel was recently renovated, but I recommend thoroughly inspecting every room again.
This level of quality is unacceptable. One star is enough.
