Tamaとび I had a very bad experience at this saloon today. They colored my hair black and in the end all my clothes and my skin were black as well because the lady made my juice fell down and I had to pick up and clean myself. She just went to continue another job and left me helpless on the chair. I asked for help and the man gave me tissues and said to be careful that his chair not get black color. But he didn’t care that I was black and my clothes too. I didn’t wanted to finish and I went out with wet hair and I had to pay also 2000baht for the mess she put me in. I am very sad what happened today and it was the last time there. I hope in future they can be more responsible and do also a better customer service.
เราเป็นลูกค้า ได้รับความเสียหายค่ะ แทนที่จะตอบรีวิวขอโทษลูกค้า กลับมาตอบว่าลูกค้า ยืนยันว่าเราเขียนรีวิวตามประสบการณ์จริงๆ พนักงานผู้หญิงทำผมสีดำไห้ ย้อมเสร็จไห้นั่งรอ แต่เธอเลื่อนโต๊ะทำน้ำผลไม้เราหกลงพื้น ซึ่งซื้อมายังไม่ได้ดื่มเลย พอหกต้องเราก้มลงเก็บเอง แน่นอนว่าสีดำมันเปื้อนเสื้อ ทำไมไม่ช่วยลูกค้าก่อน รีบไปทำไม เราขอความช่วยเหลือตั้งนาน กว่าจะมา จนต้องโทรไห้แฟนรีบมาช่วยเช็ด แน่นอนว่าไม่ประทำใจในการบริการ เราตัดสินใจขอล้างผมเลย ทางร้านคิดค่าทำสีผมไป2,000บาท ในราคาที่ไม่ได้ไดส์ผม เราจ่ายไป2,000 บาท ออกจากร้านด้วยผมเปียกๆ และเราต้องไปหาไดส์ต่อที่ร้านอื่น อีกทั้งเสื้อเรายังเปื้อนสีดำใส่ไม่ได้อีก รีวิวทั้งหมดนี้เขียนขึ้นตามประสบการณ์จริงๆไม่มีบิดเบือนใดๆทั้งสิ้น แน่นอนว่า ไม่มาใช้บริการอีก
