1 /5 Cindy Uurraa: Very bad service. Only one time cleaning room service for staying 3 nights, Very tight and small room. The bed eats all the space in the room! You have almost no space to walk, just only around the bed. Front office was very rude. If you complain, they just ignore you by walking away. I notice that all the gays were send to the rooms that is behind the beautiful photos on the website. Pay more 200-300 baht and find other hotels, you will have a nice holidays in ChiangMai.
บริการแย่มากค่ะ ห้องเล็กนิดเดียว ที่เดินแทบไม่มี พนักงานก็เลวที่สุด ไปต่อว่าเรื่องไม่ทำความสะอาดห้องพักเพราะเช่าไว้สามคืน เขาไม่ตอบแต่เดินหนีเฉยเลย อาหารเช้า ครึ่งของถาดอาหารที่เอามาบริการ ดูเก่าและค้างคืน ที่สำคัญสังเกตเห็นว่าคนต่างชาติที่เป็นเกย์จะถูกจับไปอยู่ที่ห้องอีกด้าน สภาพเหมือนห้องพักคนงาน ห้องพักที่ทางโรงแรมขึ้นบนเว๊ปไซด์มีแค่ไม่กี่ห้อง อย่าหลงผิดจองห้องนะคะ ไปที่อื่นดีกว่า เที่ยวเชียงใหม่จะได้ประทับใจ
