1 /5 Tara J.: I asked to make an appointment for 10 a.m. and was told the hair stylist usually comes in at 10:30, so I said that’s fine, I’ll make another appointment later. The person I talked to on the phone then told me she had talked to the hair stylist, who said that they would come in at 10 on the day I requested, so we agreed on 10 a.m.
On the day, I showed up at 10 but the salon door was locked and the lights were still off. I waited until 10:10 before calling the salon’s mobile number. The first few times the phone was turned off but the last couple of times it was on but nobody picked up. I decided to leave. Nobody has contacted me yet. Very disappointed by this unprofessionalism.
เราโทรไปขอนัดตัดผมตอน 10 โมง แล้วคนที่รับนัดบอกเราว่าปกติช่างตัดผมจะเข้าประมาณ 10.30 เราเลยบอกว่าไม่เป็นไร งั้นไว้เราค่อยโทรมานัดใหม่ทีหลัง แต่เสร็จแล้วคนที่รับนัดก็บอกเราว่าเขาไปคุยกับช่างมาแล้ว ช่างจะเข้ามา 10 โมงให้ในวันที่เราขอนัด ก็เลยตกลงนัดกันเป็น 10 โมง
พอถึงวันนัด เราไปถึงร้าน 10 โมง ประตูยังล็อคและไฟยังปิดอยู่หมด เรารอถึง 10.10 แล้วค่อยโทรไปเบอร์มือถือของร้าน รอบแรก ๆ เป็นเสียงปิดเครื่อง รอบหลัง ๆ มีเสียงเรียกสายแล้วแต่ไม่มีคนรับ เราเลยตัดสินใจกลับบ้าน จนถึงตอนนี้ก็ยังไม่มีใครติดต่อกลับมา
