Ten Six Hundred, Chao Phraya, Bangkok by Preference
Suthira Techamaneewat I recently visited a newly opened boutique hotel near my home to check it out and possibly change the atmosphere for a bit. However, I must say the hotel falls far short of high boutique hotel standards, particularly in terms of service.
I was disappointed from the start with the front desk staff, who stood in an unprofessional manner and seemed disinterested in the guests. The restaurant staff lacked attentiveness and awareness when providing service. I observed them standing idly by as other guests entered, without greeting or offering assistance, leaving the guests confused and wandering around. This same inattentive behavior occurred when serving us. They served food while looking elsewhere, and the other staff members remained silent and disengaged.
The only staff members who stood out positively were a young woman and a man whose name starts with "N" (apologies for not remembering his full name). These two had great awareness, were responsive, and provided excellent service.
The food was decent. The afternoon tea set is currently 50% off, making it reasonably priced. The brownie was particularly delicious.
Although the hotel has only been open for a year, the poolside seat cushions already look faded and worn. Overall, Ill need to reconsider whether to stay here in the future.

Front ที่ยืนไม่สุภาพ ไม่สนใจลูกค้า บริกรห้องอาหารไม่มีไหวพริบในการให้บริการ เรานั่งมองสถานะการอยู่ เมื่อมีลค.ท่านอื่นเข้ามา บริกรได้แต่ยืนมองตาม ไม่เอ่ยปากถามต้อนรับอะไรสักคำลค.ก็เดินงงๆ วนไปวนมา และพฤติกรรมนี้ทำตอนเสริฟอาหารให้เราอยู่ด้วย เสริฟไปตามองไป พนง.คนอื่นก็เงียบๆ ที่ดูมีเข้าท่าในการให้บริการมีแค่น้องผู้หญิงและผู้ชายที่ชื่อขึ้นต้นด้วยตัว N จำชื่อไม่ได้ต้องโทษด้วย พนง.สองท่านนี้คือไหวพริบดีมาก ถามตอบสังเกตุ และให้บริการได้ดี
อาหารพอใช้ได้ afternoon tea set ช่สงนี้ลด 50% ราคาเหมาะสม brownie อร่อยมาก
โรงแรมเปิดมาได้ 1ปี แต่พวกเบาะรองนั่งแถวสระว่ายน้ำสีดูจืดและเก่าไปแล้ว โดยภาพรวมเลยต้องพิจารณาเรื่องการเข้าพักในอนาคตใหม่
