May tha If I can give a negative rating, I will give it. Its the worst nail salon Ive ever been in my life. My wrist hurts and Im trying not to strain it. But the employee grabbed and threw him at him. He accused me of causing him to bleed because I tensed my hand and caused my nail file to hit his hand. I have my own nail salon as well. But I never thought of blaming the customer for filing their nails and accidentally touching their own hand. That is because we held the file in the wrong position, and also spoke rudely and without manners while the customer was sitting and getting his nails done. He also said that if a nail falls off, you dont have to claim it because the shop doesnt accept claims. Its like joking but its sarcasm. I called and talked to the owner and he apologized and he spoke kindly to me. Makes me feel sorry for the owner who has such a terrible employee. There is also talk of doing manicures for customers. And it often disconnects and customers dont come back. I myself was sitting and listening and didnt feel good, but the person who spoke was another employee who didnt do my nails. And the dirtiness in the shop, I would say that manicures require tools that should be cleaner but there is no management or care at all. If you look at the picture, you can see that the leather scissors are lying there and are full of dust, which is really dirty and should be put in the sterilizer. And the staff still picked it up from there and cut the movie for me. How do you guys reading this think I would feel?

ซึ่งฉันได้โทรคุยกับเจ้าของร้านแล้วเค้าก็ขอโทษแล้วเค้าก็พูดจาดีกับฉัน ทำให้ฉันรู้สึกสงสารเจ้าของร้านที่มีพนักงานห่วยแตกแบบนี้
อีกทั้งยังมีการพูดว่าทำเล็บให้ลูกค้า แล้วหลุดบ่อยลูกค้าไม่ได้กลับมา ซึ่งตัวฉันเองที่นั่งอยู่ฟังแล้วไม่ได้รู้สึกดีแต่คนที่พูดเป็นพนักงานอีกคนที่ไม่ทำเล็บให้ฉัน
และความสกปรกในร้านฉันบอกเลยว่าที่สุดการทำเล็บต้องใช้เครื่องมือควรจะสะอาดมากกว่านี้แต่ไม่มีการจัดการหรือดูแลอะไรเลย ถ้าดูจากในรูปก็จะเห็นว่ากรรไกรตัดหนังวางอยู่และมีฝุ่นเกาะเต็มซึ่งสกปรกมากจริงๆควรจะเอาเข้าเครื่องอบฆ่าเชื้อ และพนักงานก็ยังหยิบจากตรงนั้นมาตัดหนังให้ฉัน พวกคุณที่อ่านอยู่คิดว่าฉันจะรู้สึกอย่างไรดี?
